From Newport and Aquidneck Island
- Take Route 24N toward Fall River
- Take Exit 5, RI-138. Left at end of ramp. Brookdale Sakonett Bay will be on the left.
- (Recommended) Pass by the front entrance of Brookdale Sakonett Bay and take a left onto Williamson Street followed by a left onto Shannon to access the rear, street parking.
From Fall River and Route I 195
- Take Exit 8A, Tiverton / Newport, Route 24 South. Go 5 miles.
- Take Exit 5 RI 138. Brookdale Sakonett Bay is directly ahead of the end of the ramp.
- (Recommended) Go right to access rear parking via a left on Williamson Street followed by a left onto Shannon.
